“Because I have a number of food-challenged people among my friends and family, I have developed these gluten-free, lactose-free biscotti to add some luxury for people intolerant to gluten, lactose or both. No trans-fats. I do use nuts in my recipes, my use of eggs puts them out of the vegan category, and I make no claim to keeping down the carbs. My suggestion: eat just one or two - if you can!

My gluten-free, lactose-free biscotti are made light and crunchy in the traditional Italian style, perfect for dipping into coffee, tea, hot chocolate or, as some Europeans do, wine.”

  • Because all biscotti are hand made, they vary in length from about three to five inches each.
  • Biscotti are packaged by weight in six-ounce packages containing from seven to twelve individual biscotti, $12 a package.
  • A one-time $12.00 shipping and handling charge applies for all orders under $100. Orders over $100 are ground-shipped free. Shipping is UPS or FedEx ground with 2-7 day delivery. Ground shipping is available to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and D.C. only. Inquire for air shipping options.
  • All orders are processed through Paypal's secure ordering system. Paypal will accept and securely process your credit card order, even if you do not have a Paypal account.
