Food Restrictions, Limitations and Allergies

Soy Allergy   Previous

Hidden soy.

Hidden sources of soy include any Asian food (especially considering the possibility of cross contamination), and a wide range of industrial food products: baked goods, canned tuna and meat, crackers, cookies, cereals, energy bars (as a protein source), infant formulas, low-fat peanut butter, processed meats, canned broths and soups, and sauces.

If the allergy is soy, a good scan of the ingredient list is essential.
