Food Restrictions, Limitations and Allergies

Egg Allergy   Previous - Next

Eggs everywhere.

Eggs are a versatile ingredient in all forms of cooking and baking, in the home, and in commercially processed foods. Beyond the elimination of actual egg dishes from the diet, it takes a great deal of study and care to eliminate egg products.

Egg allergy symptoms may be mild, such as nasal congestion or itching, annoying, in the case of skin rashes or hives, or life-threatening, in the case of anaphylaxis.
