Food Restrictions, Limitations and Allergies

Caffeine Restriction  Previous - Next

Coffee and more.

Caffeine may need to be restricted of eliminated for any number of reasons: anxiety, sleeplessness, muscle tremors, fast heartbeat, or just to be on the safe side.

The big four sources of caffeine are coffee, tea, cola drinks, and chocolate products. Candy, confections, ice creams and desserts flavored with these products will also provide caffeine (although often at much lower levels).
