Can diet help?

Asthma is a chronic disease. It has many symptoms, but usually involves constriction of as well as inflammation of the breathing passages. Some asthmatics feel simply uncomfortable from time to time, while others may have life-threatening attacks which require hospitalization.

A wide range of medications are available to treat asthma and related breathing issues.

Definitive information is not yet available on which foods are good for asthmatics and which foods can make asthma worse.
